Brad Cooper is a dynamic performer, equally excited to perform in Opera, Operetta, Lieder & Kabarett.
Brad is thrilled to be back performing in 2021, enjoying a triumphant return at the Sydney Opera House in January as Raoul de St. Brioche in The Merry Widow with Opera Australia. At Easter 2021 he revisited Handel's Messiah in Sydney before making his role debut as Florestan in Beethoven’s Fidelio for Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg.
Teaming up with legendary cabaret pianist Bev Kennedy, Brad has enjoyed sell out success with his groundbreaking new Weimar Republic Kabarett: BERLIN ELECTRIC in Sydney, Bath and at the Newcastle Music Festival, with its European debut in London.
2020 saw Brad dive into the world of Wagner, preparing the title role of Lohengrin with Siegfried Jerusalem for Opera Australia and the Sailor & Shepherd in Tristan und Isolde for Opera Queensland.
Brad has had an extensive operatic and concert career, and is also passionate about sharing his love of music through workshops for children and students.
