MIMI
And meantime I'll laugh and joke a bit with the fair one.

CARMEN

MIMI
Sighing, I'll imitate the other's sighs.

CARMEN
He'll say to me:
My love, I'm dying!

MIMI
He'll say to me:
My dearest treasure!

MIMI AND CARMEN
And meanwhile
What sport and pleasure we'll have!
