TOTAL FEES: £5120 (28 show days, 4 rehearsal days)
DATES: Various between 27 June - 29th August with 1 rehearsal day & 1 show tech day 25th May & 22nd June
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Team player, good attention to detail, with own car, with a base in London, Surrey or SW England

Overview
Rogue Opera's crew team will consist of 3 people: 1 Stage Manager, 1 stage crew and 1 audio crew: under supervison by Rogue Opera's tour Director. All performances are outdoors at a different venue each show. Most shows are evening performances, with a couple of matinees (detailed below).

A typical day (3pm - 11 pm for evening show) will involve;

• 2 hour get-in (involving 6 - 8 1 x 2m stage flats, a small amount of set, props and costumes, a Roland stage piano and AV equipment);
• 1 hour sound and set check;
  Dinner break (food provided free of charge by the venues);
• 2.5 hour show, with one interval. (*The stage crew will share venue liaison, cast calls and the set and prop management between them and are expected to be either actively monitoring or on a break on-site and on-call for any emergency assistance to the audio crew member or active crew member);
• 1 - 1 1/2 hour get-out

Transport & Accommodation

• For venues more than 2 hours from London, The Company will book and pay for overnight accommodation and offer a return mileage contribution paid at £0.35 p/mile (solo) or £0.45 p/mile (passengers) and capped at £33.34 per trip / £169.79 per week, in line with ITC rates.
• For venues within 2 hours of London, the Company will offer a mileage contribution, as above.
• For venues in London (within TLF zones 1-6), a standard mileage contribution is not usually offered but can be negotiated for the right candidate.
  

Tour Crew Fees
Fees are paid as flat-rate days.  Most performances are evenings with a call time of 15:00 with a couple of earlier calls for matinees.
A show day is 8 - 9 hours, excluding travel but including breaks and dinner and is paid at £170 per day.
The rehearsal day (24th May) is 10 - 4pm with breaks, in London and is paid at £90 per day. The Tech & Dress (22nd June is 12 - 10 pm light get in/ out & tech) and is paid at £120

Availability
Rogue Opera is ideally seeking one person to join the team for the whole tour. Alternatively we will hire a pool of 2 - 3 crew members to cover the tour period. Preference will be given to applicants who are available for at least 85% of the shows (28 shows) although lesser availability will be considered. Further shows may be added to the August/September calendar.
