Opera in the Meadow - Saturday 10th July

We're delighted to be getting back to in-person events with a fantastic picnic concert at Clandon Wood as part of the Guildford Fringe Festival

Join Rogue Opera's performers for a musical journey through Love, Loss and Hope with a delightful evening of performance as you picnic in the Meadow in a perfect summer evening event for families, opera connoisseurs and first-timers alike.

With a selection of our favourite arias and duets from from opera’s big hits and hidden gems and spoken introductions to the characters and stories of each piece, Alexandra Cowell (Soprano), Bronwen Stephens-Harding (Mezzo-Soprano) and Guy Murgatroyd (Piano) will weave a magic evening against the backdrop of the stunning wood and glass pavilion set in the nature reserve's meadows.

With gates opening at 5pm, bring your picnic blanket, chairs and favourite food and drink, or take advantage of the cash bar (all profits will support Woking and Sam Beare Hospice).

Rogue Opera and Clandon Wood are presenting this event as part of Guildford Fringe Festival
